As you are aware, on January 1, 2013 our Office Products Division was sold to Guernsey Office Products. The employees who had transitioned to Guernsey’s have remained within our facility and have continued to share our resources. We are pleased that this relationship has remained positive and productive, and we look forward to sharing another year with this team.
As we approach the 2014 calendar year, we were cognizant that some of our shared resources would change in order to create improved efficiencies for each organization. One such resource includes our phone system. As Guernsey Office Products prepares to shift to their own phone system, we have been asked to instruct customers calling in to our front desk at either the (717) 944-0400 or (800) 538-7500 to begin using the direct line for the Pennsylvania-based Guernsey’s at (717) 948-5238.
Since Guernsey and Phillips share many customer relationships, we wanted to apprise you of this change and apologize for any initial inconvenience or confusion this may cause. Both Guernsey Office Products and Phillips Office Solutions strive to provide the very highest level of service to our customers and we will work very hard to ensure that this level is maintained throughout any of these transitions.
