MIDDLETOWN, PA (JANUARY 1, 2016) - Phillips Supply House (PSH) of 836 Fairfield Road, Montoursville, PA was acquired by Phillips Office Solutions (PHI) of 501 Fulling Mill Road, Middletown, PA on December 31, 2015. This sale marks the second time the Phillips name has been used in a transaction of dealer ownership from one Phillips family to another. While PSH owner, Trey Phillips, and PHI owner, Peter Phillips, have known each other for many years as fellow Sharp dealers, they share no relation despite having the same last name.*
“This sale will exceed the capabilities of PSH by allowing us to introduce internal financing, Enterprise Content Management, and many other document management solutions while retaining a family owned, customer-centric culture,” said PSH President, Trey Phillips.
PHI CEO, Peter Phillips, is also enthusiastic about the union of the experienced staff and resources PSH has to offer. “PSH is a perfect organization to help cultivate our expansion into North Central PA. They have a sterling reputation for service and excellence that spans four generations,” expressed Peter.
For the time being, PSH will continue to operate under its current name and branding for their customers. By combining forces with PHI, PSH will be able to expand its product offering, retain its employees, and gain greater administrative resources for its already outstanding team. “After all, anyone in business for over 100 years is doing something right, and we don’t want to impair their progress,” Peter Phillips gleams.
