MIDDLETOWN, PA (August 4, 2015) - Phillips Office Solutions, leader in document and content management, is proud to announce the installment of a multi-functional printer (MFP) and copier fleet in Washington County Public Schools of Maryland. The award, which consists of 113 Kyocera TASKalpha 8001i machines throughout the county’s elementary, middle, high schools and educational centers, was spearheaded by Document Management Consultant, Joe Yeager.

Joe was also able to provide WCPS with flexible financing through Phillips Capital as well as integrate PaperCut with the county’s existing printing software. PaperCut, is a tracking product that helps users manage print behavior, secure printing, eliminate paper waste, and reduce printing costs. The implementation of PaperCut aligns with Phillips’ mission statement – “Enhancing productivity with innovative solutions to everyday workplace challenges”
“This award has come at an excellent time for our growing document, content and information management business,” explains Bill Shuey, President of the Document Management division. “Because of our rapid growth in northern West Virginia and the western Maryland, we felt it important to move our Greencastle operation to a new centralized location in Hagerstown to better support our clients’ needs in the Tristate area.”
The new sales and service office, located at 1130 Imperial Drive, Suite 104, Hagerstown, MD 21740, will provide local businesses with a more convenient location to utilize Phillips’ expertise and services.
