Copy & Print Specialist - Middletown, PA
This position is responsible for serving the customers of Phillips Office Solutions, as it pertains to Print Shop Services and Conversion Services. This is a fast-paced, deadline oriented position that requires standing for long periods of time, lifting boxes between 30 and 50 pounds, and working both in the Print Shop as well as the Warehouse, as needed. Additional tasks could include driving to assist with courier responsibilities, working in other areas of Document Services, and any other projects/tasks assigned by Supervisor. Incumbent will need to become well-versed on a variety of print-shop equipment and will need to possess some computer skills.

Customer Service Representative
This position is responsible for providing telephonic support to prospective families evaluating a Pennsylvania-based Cyber School. Representatives will be responsible for providing first level support pertaining to questions on the school, programs and academics, and the enrollment process. Assisting families through the complexity of each stage of the enrollment process in a nurturing, informative, and welcoming way will be critical to the success of the position with the ultimate goal to aid in the enrollment of an increasing number of families. Call volumes may fluctuate depending upon the time of year and OT may be mandatory during critical times. This position will also be responsible for outgoing calls to provide follow-up to families, ensure problem resolution, and to invite to informational events. Representatives will need to be continually available on a phone queue and will utilize a proprietary business system for enrollment data entry.
