Position responsible for being actively engaged in independent service calls as needed in conjunction with managing and providing support and expertise to the Service Technicians within a geographic region and/or specific equipment line.
Management responsibilities include budgeting, staffing decisions, new hire and technician development/training, and metric reporting. Providing ample communication to the team and attending a once monthly Management Huddle as well as any scheduled Service or Divisional Meetings is mandatory. This position is responsible for the implementation and enforcement of department policies and procedures in performing the responsibilities of their positions.
This position is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers’ expectations of a complete and professional delivery (and implementation/installation as needed) within the guidelines and objectives of the Document Management Division of Phillips Office Solutions. The position requires exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor and appearance. Must work cooperatively with a team and be prepared to support the efforts of others while delivering the product. Safe driving record and ability to lift in excess of 75 pounds is essential. In addition, must adhere to all safety standards as required of Phillips and all client locations.
